Gorkha- Dharche- Barpak Trek This is one of the most spectacular treks in the Gorkha region, central western part of Nepal. This it remote bitten track provide you an opportunity to have Himalayan panorama as well as Gurung cultural experience. You are unlikely to see many other trekking parties even in the high season. In terms of scenery and diverse culture, no area of the Himalaya is better. Virtually every campsite has a good potential for mountain views. The scenery ranges from the Gorkha region with its panoramic views of Annapurna, Machhapuchchhre, Fungi Himal, Manasalu, Himal Chuli, Peak 29, Buddha Himal, Ganesh Himal to the picturesque Gurung villages Barpak, Laprak & Gumda, Dharje Lake, Sulikot and Rupakot, Gyaji Khani. No other trekking routes have such a unique combination of Nature & untouched/unspoiled authentic Nepal's Mid Hill culture.

Gorkha- Dharche- Barpak Trek Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu; Greet and meet you at airport; Transfer to hotel; Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Half day guided city tours (Include world heritage sites: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupati Nath Temple, Swayambu Nath and Buddha Nath Stupa); Afternoon pre-trip discussion of the trek; Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Gorkha; (5-6 hrs.). 1010 mtrs.

Day 04: Drive from Gorkha Bazzar to Ghampeshal and walk up to Bahakot - Gurdum; (3½ hrs).

Day 05: Trek from Bahakot - Gurdum to Swara; (6½ hrs.).

Day 06: Trek from Swara to Mathar; (4-5 hrs.).

Day 07: Trek from Mathar to Gumda V/A Dharche Danda; (3200 mtrs.) (6-7 hrs.); 2720 mtrs.

Day 08: Trek from Gumda to Laprak; (5½ hrs.); 2200 mtrs.

Day 09: Trek from Laprak to Kharka; (2750 mtrs.)Barpak; (6½hrs.); 2060 mtrs.

Day 10: Trek from Rest day in Barpak and visit around the Barpak village and Ancient palace of Ghale Raja or Ghale king.

Day 11: Trek from Barpak to Baluwa; (4 hrs.); 900 mtrs.

Day 12: Trek from Baluwa to Arkul; (4-5 hrs.);800 mtrs.

Day 13: Trek from Arkul to Gorkha Bazzar; (4-5 hrs.); 1010 mtrs.

Day 14: Drive back from Gorkha to Kathmandu (5-6 hrs.); Transfer to Hotel, Overnight at hotel.

Day 15: Drop to airport for your final flight departure.
